Well Day 2 was a WIN for me. I got to talk to a few people. I also got to text back and forth with my Dad. He's doing better, by the way.

But I got to talk a lot of basketball yesterday. I went and watched our boys team play. We won in overtime. It was a GREAT game!
Then after the game I talked to my friend Buddy Alberson, who lives in Washington DC now and works for the national FBLA office. He called me to check on me, which was nice of him.
Then I got a call from Mark Ficken, supt at Boonville Schools, who had officiated our basketball game. Mark and the other officials had to be escorted from the building due to some rowdy fans (not our fans, THANK GOODNESS LOL).
Then I got a call from my old buddy Matt Asher, the supt at Bell City. Matt was my assistant coach on our state championship teams. He was picking my brain for how to beat Advance in the district finals. So if Bell City wins, Matt and CJ (the coach, one of my former players) listened to me. If it doesn't work, they must not have tried my idea haha.
Last I got to talk to my brother Toby. He went and watched the games at Gideon, where it sounds like there was some "excitement" during the SCC/Clarkton game.
Basketball, basketball, basketball. It's a fun time of year. This challenge has been a good thing for me. I hope it has been for you. I would appreciate any feedback. Have a great day!
